Another year is coming to a close, but before we kick things off in 2019 and head on the Road to Wrestlemania, WWE are giving us one more co-branded PPV to end the year on. WWE TLC is set to take place on Sunday December 16th (Monday December 17th for Australian fans). The card looks to be pretty solid on paper and it has potential to be a terrific show, but I feel like I say that almost every time a WWE PPV rolls around, leaving me disappointed and underwhelmed. So I will be going into TLC with rather low expectations, hoping for a surprisingly good show. A few of the top titles in the company are already set to be defended on the show, with possibly some more high-stakes bouts set to be added in down the line. Plus, TLC will feature the in-ring return of SmackDown women's champion Becky Lynch, which is reason enough to tune into TLC this year.
There's still a two more weeks until the TLC event goes down, but let's now take a look at the card as it's shaping out, with one massive champion vs. champion showdown already having been made official. Stay tuned for our full preview and predictions article next week!
